At the NZ national Agricultural Fieldays this year (2008) we exhibited a section of our effluent holding pond bridge mixer. Only 3 segments (modules) could be fitted on the site. Pond sizes start at 6 modules (1100m3) and go to 12 modules (6000m3).
The intake cutter on show at the Fieldays. All material going to the pump and thence to the irrigator, passes through this screen chopper, which rotates and cuts as the bridge mixer rotates.

Also, we are believers in efficient pumping and since ponds are great grit removal traps, the progressive cavity pump is once again going to play a big part in efficient effluent irrigation. Click here:
